Welcome to ClayTrack. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Alameda Enterprises LLC, the company that owns and operates ClayTrack ("ClayTrack," "Alameda Enterprises," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the ClayTrack web app ("the App") and our website at claytrackapp.com ("the Site"). Please read them carefully.
By creating an account or using ClayTrack, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the App or Site.
These Terms apply to everyone who accesses or uses ClayTrack. By registering for an account or accessing the App or Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced in them. If you are using ClayTrack on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
You must be at least 13 years old to use ClayTrack. If you are under the age of 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may use ClayTrack only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. When you register, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You may not use ClayTrack if we have previously banned you or if doing so would violate any applicable law.
ClayTrack is a browser-based application for scoring clay shooting disciplines, tracking rounds and statistics, managing facilities, and connecting with other shooters through friends, an activity feed, kudos, and leaderboards. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We do our best to keep ClayTrack available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
ClayTrack is under active development and provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. It may contain bugs, behave unexpectedly, change, or experience downtime, and features may be added, modified, or removed as we improve the product. While we back up data on a commercially reasonable basis, we cannot guarantee it against loss, so we recommend keeping your own record of any scores or information that matters to you.
ClayTrack is currently offered free of charge. Free access is provided at our discretion and is not guaranteed — we may change, limit, or discontinue free accounts or any feature at any time. We may also introduce paid features, subscriptions, premium tiers, or other forms of monetization in the future. We will provide reasonable notice of any new charges, and you will never be charged for a paid feature without your consent. If you choose not to purchase a paid feature, your continued use may be limited to whatever free functionality we offer at that time.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You agree to:
We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
To protect your account and the service from automated abuse, we may use security measures such as rate limiting and bot-detection challenges (including Cloudflare Turnstile) on account forms such as registration, sign-in, and password reset.
You agree not to misuse ClayTrack. Among other things, you may not:
You choose a unique public @username and may add profile details such as a display name, bio, home club, and photo. You may not select a username or profile content that impersonates another person, infringes a trademark, is offensive, or is otherwise misleading. Certain names are reserved. We may reclaim, change, or remove any username or profile content that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is necessary to protect ClayTrack or its users.
You retain ownership of the content you create in ClayTrack — including round records, scores, notes, facilities, profile details, photos, and feedback ("Your Content"). You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the right to submit it.
By submitting Your Content, you grant ClayTrack a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and use it as necessary to operate, provide, and improve the service — including displaying it to other users in accordance with the privacy and social features described in our Privacy Policy.
Adding other people: ClayTrack lets you add other shooters, including non-account "guests," to a round by name and record scores for them. By doing so, you represent that you have the right to add that person and their results. If someone asks to have their information removed, we will work with you and them to do so.

ClayTrack is a social product. Your @username, profile, and completed rounds may be visible to other users through profiles, search, the activity feed, kudos, and leaderboards, subject to the privacy settings described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for how you interact with other users, and you interact with them at your own risk. We do not control and are not responsible for the conduct, content, or accuracy of other users. You can block users and report content or behavior that violates these Terms.
We want ClayTrack to be a good place for shooters. We may review reports and content, and we may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, harms other users, or poses a risk to the service — with or without notice. You may stop using ClayTrack at any time and may permanently delete your account from your account settings or by contacting us. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including content licenses you have granted for content still visible to others, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
ClayTrack, including the App, the Site, its software, design, logos, and the "ClayTrack" name, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ClayTrack for its intended purpose in accordance with these Terms. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding without our prior written permission.
ClayTrack relies on third-party providers — including Cloudflare (hosting, database, and storage), Resend (account email), and Mailchimp (product-update email) — and the Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
ClayTrack is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that scores or statistics will be accurate, or that data will never be lost. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of any records that matter to you. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClayTrack and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to ClayTrack will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). Because ClayTrack is offered free of charge, these limits reflect a reasonable allocation of risk between us.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClayTrack and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to Your Content, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of any other person or entity.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will provide notice in the App or by email where appropriate. Your continued use of ClayTrack after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using ClayTrack and may delete your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of ClayTrack will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have that cannot be waived under the laws of your place of residence.
